How?
Through a pair of smart insoles inserted in the patient’s footwear, our newest solution detects elevated plantar pressure and temperature and provides haptic feedback in response. The real-time pressure and temperature data and activity levels are analyzed through the smartphone application. All data collected and analysed are fully available to the healthcare professionals (HCPs) through the Path Insight dashboard. This facilitates behavioural change through visual alerts, ultimately preventing DFUs whilst improving mobility.

We partnered with a number of professionals to create Path Insight. Connected to Path Feel smart insoles and app, Path Insight facilitates remote patient monitoring and a graded alarm system which facilitates at-risk patient prioritization. The easy to navigate dashboard provides real-time analysis on plantar pressure and temperature and activity levels of each patient.
Thus, Path Feel is a self-monitoring product that provides real-time personalized analysis on plantar pressure and temperature, activity levels, education and haptic intervention, the information gathered is then passed on to HCPs for review through a graded alarm system so that at-risk patients can be prioritized. This information is displayed on a sleek and easy-to-navigate online dashboard called Path Insight.
